14. Descrevendo o Cenário Passado: Passado Contínuo
14.1 O Cenário do Passado: Usos do Passado Contínuo (Past Continuous Tense) 🖼️
O Passado Contínuo (Past Continuous Tense), também conhecido como Passado Progressivo, é usado para:
- Descrever uma ação que estava em progresso em um momento específico no passado.
Ex: Yesterday at 7 PM, I was having dinner. A estrutura do Passado Contínuo é formada pelo verbo "To Be" no passado (was/were) seguido pelo verbo principal com a terminação -ing.
